No. From the PHP command prompt under Diagnostics -> Command run this
PHP command:
print_r($config['installedpackages']);
I just thought about it because OpenVPN is a basic component of pfsense
by now...
Wouldn't it make sense to save the openvpn-config in the
without-packages-config.xml, instead of in the with-packages-config.xml
