swap_pager_getswapspace(n): failed means you have run out of ram.
All that I can think of is run a top and post the output when it goes
nuts.
In addition to that, I'd recommend sending me and/or Scott your
config.xml so we can take a look at it. This seems pretty crazy, which
makes me wonder if we're missing some input validation somewhere and you
put in something wrong in your config that's making it go nuts. Running
out of RAM when you have 1 GB is unbelievable...
