[pfSense Support] PPTP through pfSense firewall

I am having problems connecting to an external PPTP server through my 
pfSense firewall. It works when I am connected externally to the 
gateway.  Any way to get around this?  Is this related to the NAT-T 
feature not being in 1.0-release?
