Use an external radius server that supports time based logins like the
free multitech radius serve (see
http://doc.m0n0.ch/handbook/thirdparty-multitechradius.html ).

Right now, my user can browse to internet and using
authentication (using captive portal local db in pfsense) for unlimited
use. But, if i want come up policy that user just can browse to internet
during 8am to 6pm only, how to setting in pfsense?
