Haven't tried that yet but if it's true then adding rules above the loadbalancing rules for these IPs/ports with gateway default should fix it in the meanwhile.

Ideally what I'd like is to specify that for other than my NAT configuration (1:1, port-based, adv. outbound, etc.) all outbound NAT connections go through the gateway that I choose.
