Clients (Windows) are on the LAN side and the server on the WAN side.
You need to enable advanced outbound NAT and delete the rule it
automatically creates for your LAN subnet. Then you won't be using NAT
anymore. NAT reflection has nothing to do with whether or not things
get NAT'ed.
