It allows you to specify 2 Interfaces and that is what currently is supported. Unfortunately multi Interface shaping is pretty much voodoo magic. There is work going on to support this in the future ( http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,2718.0.html ). Some people have multiinterface shaping working by creating profiles from scratch but you really have to know what you are doing. With said, either wait for the improvements or good luck ;-)
