Is the atstats tool on the box or do I need to grab it?
     I would love to grab the info and send it to the group.  Thanks.

Agreed. That's why I think athstats from src/tools/tools/ath could be
helpful
in this case to determine if this is a driver issue or otherwise
configuration/inter-operability problem of some sort.
