No, this is not possible.   It *MIGHT* be possible with OpenVPN but I
have not tried it.  There are folks in the IRC channel that utilize a
OpenVPN "VPN" as a secondary WAN.  Again, don't know much about it,
you might want to jump on FreeNODE #pfsense and ask how others have
done it.
