Nothing has changed beyond adding filtering support.  Make sure you
have a pass rule permitting ipsec on the ipsec tab in firewall, rules.

Really strange... tried it on 2 different systems and it seems not to be 
working...

Normally, when pinging the other end oft he ipsec-tunnel it answers 
immediately...
The new snapshot telly me that the ip was not found...

Do you use "prefer old sa's" ?

Nope, I have it installed in 5 sites all doing IPSEC with 0 issues.
