Does the IPCOMP setting affect the clients too ?
If yes, it would be better to rename it to "generally enable IPCOMP" and let 
the checkbox in the GUI ?
Because fort he mobile users it's in the spd.conf that compression is 
supported... !?

Unfortunately this is going to require too much refactoring to be able
to make it into 1.2.  I have removed the IP Compression box and we
will investigate this for a future version.
