Bassam, Yo can change the user & password at GUI interface. But this changes only the password for SSH access, not the user. The user for SSH access continues being "admin", no matter which user you put at GUI interface. And password for "admin SSH" and "new_admin GUI" will be the same (you put at GUI interface). As I said in my last message pfSense is FreeBSD 6.x based but it does'nt work exactly as FreeBSD 6.x. So, if you want to fix a password you should make it with the GUI. pfSense is oriented to administering it using GUI ...
