FWIW, I had exactly the same problems on my WRAP when trying to upgrade from 1.0. The web server immediately goes away. I was able to upgrade from 1.0.1 (it took a VERY long while, though, do NOT reboot manually) on two mini-ITX systems. For some reason, the RRD graphs do not work on the WRAP.
This is 1.2-BETA-1-TESTING-SNAPSHOT-05-11-2007 in all three cases.
