FWIW, I had exactly the same problems on my WRAP when
trying to upgrade from 1.0. The web server immediately goes away.
I was able to upgrade from 1.0.1 (it took a VERY long while,
though, do NOT reboot manually) on two mini-ITX systems.
For some reason, the RRD graphs do not work on the WRAP.

This is 1.2-BETA-1-TESTING-SNAPSHOT-05-11-2007
in all three cases.
