Hi all, I have a WRAP2 box with one LAN NIC and one Atheros Wireless NIC.
I am running the 1.2-BETA-1 embedded pfSense install. The primary purpose of this appliance is to allow wireless users to connect to each other in a secure, isolated network. To this end, this box will never be connected directly to the Internet, and only occasionally be connected to a LAN. I have DHCP switched on for the wireless network, and am registering DHCP leases in the DNS forwarder. I was using 1.0.1 distribution, which worked fine as far as DSN resolution of DHCP addresses was concerned, but users connected via the wireless could not communicate with each other. This connectivity is fixed in 1.2-Beta, but now the DNS resolution is painfully slow. Any hints or clues as to a solution?
