I am using the DHCP server and DNS forwarder for the LAN interface. LAN and DMZ are NATed. To be able to access the domains on the DMZ's server from the LAN, I have put in DNS forwarder overrides for the domains in question, with the local/private IP address of the DMZ server. Register DHCP leases and static mappings are both ticked.The overrides appear to be ignored - dig domain.net @pfsense from a box on the LAN returns nxdomain after a long wait. I think it works with 1.0.1 (can't check right now), is this a bug in 1.2beta1? My ISO file is pfSense-1.2-BETA-1-LiveCD-Installer.iso with file date 18May07.
