I had a 60 sec HTTP timeout bug with a Draytek firmware once at which was acknowledged, but wasn't fixed in over a year. Since that was a showstopper (web developers, ahem), I moved to OpenWRT on Linksys WRT54G, then m0n0wall on WRAP, and then pfSense, first on WRAP and then on SunFire X2100 M2.
