I presume you mean a public IP subnet. Sure, it needs to be routed by your ISP to your WAN IP, then you can add it on one of your interfaces. You'll need to enabled Advanced Outbound NAT and specify NAT rules for your interfaces with private IP subnets, and don't specify anything for the interface with the public subnet so it doesn't get NAT'ed oubound.
