they get erased if I subsequently make any other changes via the web

Is there a master template file I can add my customisations to so they
are kept?
Alternatively, can we have a custom directives box added to the squid

Hi Martin,
I was specifically trying to add some directives to force squid to cache
Windows Updates. These lines force squid to cache the updates so that
I don't have to go and install WSUS!
