[pfSense Support] Squid authorisation

I am trying to use LDAP authorisation for squid.  I wish to use the  
anonymous bind
option that the manual entry suggests can be done.  How do I do this  
with the
configuration page?  I get an error message if I leave the bind DN  
empty.
