[pfSense Support] IPSEC in 1.2RC3 - tunnel change = all tunnels OK? or still complete reset

Hi,

Before I attempt this,

In 1.2RC3 if I make a change to one IPSEC tunnel, and apply, will it bring
them all down like in 1.2RC2 or has it been set up such that it won't reset
all tunnels?
