I have two broadband connections (ADSL modem installed). Both the connections (1 Mbps on Wan 3 port and 256 Kbps on Wan 1port) have been deployed on the router (Linksys RV016). Sometimes window box appeared frequently with the following error message on the few machines: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection) Asking for the username and password. Since I am stuck, I don't want to make things worse. But as soon as I disconnect Wan 3 (256 Kbps) wire from the router, things works fine. I reset both the modem, but that have not made much of a difference. Firewall option on both the modems is disabled and the same option on RV016 router has been enabled.
