Yes, i'd PF loaded.
I use PF to do all other things.
Only this pipe and queue was set using ipfw.
I will test this on RC4.

And of course, the traffic slow down very nice and the more important no one
consume 100% of the band or cause ICMP and DNS exhaustion.
My network latency average is 15ms between WAN nodes from the same ISP (6 E1
Links - 1 x 4Mbps + 5 x 2Mbps).
Each local address has a limit of 25KB/s for everything.
But you can create other pipes to change the limit to other rules.
In the samples you will find how to limit ICMP.
