I was wondering of testing pfsense in a production enviroment like (a
university).
What do you guys think of this hardware ?
DELL PowerEdge R200
Quad Core Intel® Xeon® X3210, 2.13GHz OR Quad Core Intel® Xeon® X3210,
2.13GHz
2 Gigabit nics
2GB RAM 667MHz dual rank ECC (2x1GB)
160GB SATA 7200rpm
I think that the Harddisk and RAM is more thank enough, but what about
the processor and the hardware
do you ever tried this DELL PowerEdge R200 with pfsense ? Did you find
any drawbacks ?
