I'll have more info on Monday (I'm knocking it on the head for today).
I get a load of SATA warnings and the like and then I get a "kernel
stage 12" (I may not be exactly right about this, will confirm on
Monday) as the OS hangs and the keyboard becomes unresponsive.

I'm trying to install pfsense on a new Dell R200 server (without
a perc raid card) but I keep stalling. I have very little experience
with BSD so was wondering if anyone has managed a clean install and if
