Well, it turns out the port is really named libevnet, so what's
spelled wrongis the directory name, non the PORTNAME inside Makefile.
Which makes me think
1) what's pfPorts/libevnet needed for
Turns out it's a cut/paste mistake.

only one of pfPorts/libevent and pfPorts/libevent13 needs to survive,
but the current pfPorts/libevent is in fact libevnet and is not needed.
