[pfSense Support] Mail Redirect cuz Comcast sucks

I cant send out email now via my comcast through my pfsense router.  
This isn't pfsense fault, but comcast changed there email ports, and are 
blocking all other ports, so i cant send outbound emails now to my 
server.  Anyone know a workaround for this?
