Yes, just remember to set a generic NAT redirect rule (ie: map port 80 of <pubip> to port 8080 of <internalIP>), and use an host alias instead of 'any' in the source of the WAN filtering rule (ie: pass from HostAlias to <InternalIP> port 8080).
