Hi Koray ,
Pfsense does not support user and group base content filter.You need
manuel edited on squid or squidguard configuration (squid.conf) file.

I use Pfsense local authentication.
I need "peter" user dont connect to all website only connect to

Create 2 groups A and B
A group have a *x, y* users
B group have a *z* user
