[pfSense Support] traffic shaper, manual howto

Hi, I was wondering, if there is a manual way of defining the traffic shaper, instead of using the wizard ? I actually just would like to assign just 128kbit to all SMTP traffic (in/out, don't care) - and the rest is permitted like it is. I could run the wizard, delete all rules afterwards - but I gather this isn't the way, is it ?
