You using 1.2.2 or 1.2.3?  If 1.2.2 or earlier, the best I can suggest
is trying 1.2.3 since it's based on a newer FreeBSD and has newer
em(4) driver.

Aside from that, you're looking at a FreeBSD issue of some sort and
there isn't much if anything we can do to help you there.
