The problem is that I can't administrate the vpn concentrator because is
external of my administrative circle.
I only have client mode acces posibility, and my question is if is that
possibloe to configure this on pfsense a nat vpon traffic through ipsec
interface for al the hosts of my LAN.

site to site tunnel between the two quite easily. Make sure on the
Cisco side you disable xauth and PFS if they are on...it's been a
while since I've been on a VPN concentrator.
