Just looking at this quickly... looks like you are trying to route two networks without having two networks. What I mean is you have the same subnet for both of your networks, so the pfsense boxes don't know whether to route internally or push to the other pfsense box. You need a separate subnet for each physical network so that routing can occur. I may be reading your setup wrong - but that's what it looks like to me. -Tim
