we've got a shiny Dell R710 with twin L5520 Xeon-EPs, very nice; not
tried pfSense on it (I should though!).
interestingly, the stock x86-64 kernel from ubuntu 8 LTS didn't work -
didn't like the memory controller, although the 32 bit did.
