We have a user that is PPTPing into a network and using a VoIP Softphone. We are noticing quality issues when there is a lot of browsing happening.
There are two LAN segments... 10.10.10.x and 192.168.10.x... she is VPNing into the 192.168.10.x network. All the local users have computers on the 10.10.10.x network. There is no traffic shapping enabled. What can I do to make certain that all traffic from this user is the priority? If I do enable traffic shapping, how do I prioritize her connection over everything else? ChuckM
