The Zotac Ion boards have onboard nforce GBE. I`m not sure how that
nic rates, but I ran it on m0n0wall for a while with no issues. I also
did some performance testing with it and found it performed closer to
an intel GBE card than to a realtek 10/100 nic at comparable
throughput.
