Many thanks to Jim for his help in getting it finished or it may have
never been, I have 2 years of work into it and Jim put a lot of work
into it in the past 6 months. There's an unbelievable amount of work
in creating a good quality 500+ page book. Many long nights, and
months straight without a day of rest is how we got the time to get it
done. :)
