Is IIS setup to be serving HTTP on port 443 or HTTPS?  HTTPS involves a lot 
more than just connecting to port 443 so if you want to use SSL then your users 
will have to type 'https'.  If you mean you just want to use regular HTTP then 
you might as well just let IIS listen on port 80 because it doesn't matter what 
port IIS is listening on if all traffic to port 80 on the firewall is being 
directed to IIS.
