I remember reading about this somewhere but can't seem to find it
anymore through google or the forum.
I'm currently upgrading a pfsense firewall from an old P3 800Mhz machine
to a 'newer' P4 2.4Ghz machine, since the old P3 didn't like it when I
turned traffic shaping on (+- 100 clients, symmetric 20Mbit fiber
connection, 6 OpenVPN tunnels).
I have several packages installed, like squid, squid reports, openbgpd,
imspector, ...
What directories should I copy over from the old install to the new in
order to keep my rrd history, squid logs, squid reports, ...
Should I just copy over the /var partition, or would that break things ?
