I posted my adventures with Country block a few days ago. Encountered
the same problem as you, although I am not on 2.0. Here is what solved
my problem:
a. delete the package
b. delete /tmp/pkg_mgr_Country Block.log file
c. reinstall the package and follow the
country-selection-and-enable-the-block process
