I just got it to work, you have to deactivate rrd-graph in 2.0 (nanobsd), then move data from normal install to the nanobsd install and than activate rrd again. Than it works, at least for me with this workaround. CU Jens who just updated his prod machine to 2.0 and now everything works as expected.
