Why ICQ offline messages shown as buggy from any client, if they write this messages by UTF8 or CP1251?
I receive messages as shown here: XXXXXXX: ????????) ???????, ? ???? ????????) ? ?? ???? ?????? ????? ?? ????? ???? Customer service E-mail, ? ??? ??? ?????, ?? ??? ????? ????? ????? ???? (There was an error receiving this message. Either you and 358475569 have different encodings selected, or 358475569 has a buggy client.)
