I get a number of instances of the following set of errors:

(09:48:27) GdkPixbuf: Cannot open pixbuf loader module file
'/opt/tools/etc/gtk- 2.0/gdk-pixbuf.loaders': No such file or directory
(09:48:27) GdkPixbuf: gdk_pixbuf_get_has_alpha: assertion `pixbuf != NULL'
failed
(09:48:27) Gtk: Useless empty GtkIconSource
(09:48:27) GLib-GObject: g_object_unref: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)'
failed

And I also get a number of errors like:

(09:48:27) Gtk: Error loading icon: Couldn't recognize the image file format
for file '$HOME/local/share/pixmaps/pidgin/status/16/available.png'

Where the pixmap file itself changes (looks like one entry for each .png
file).

Now, on this machine, there is no gtk-2.0 directory in /opt/tools/etc.
There is one in /etc but there is no file by the name of gdk-pixbuf.loaders.

Thanks for your help!
