"minor" is the default priority assigned to tickets, and none of us bother to use the priority field on a regular basis. The priority shown is likely in no way indicative of the priority any particular developer considers a ticket to have. That said, the relevant people may not consider any particular bug important or may have looked into it and not yet figured out the problem. John
