some people already use a Pidgin account for Hyves.
Hyves (http://www.hyves.nl/) is a very popular social networking site in
the Netherlands
Over 5 million members and the website has the most hits of dutch
clients of all sites worldwide.
It is not in the "Pidgin can work with:" list on the Pidgin home page.

Using one client for MSN and Hyves.
Using Pidgin for Hyves kwekken:
protocol = XMPP
Screen name = your hyves ID
(your Hyves username followed by either "@hyves.nl" or
"@hyves.net".)
Wachtwoord = Your Hyves password.
Poort = 5222
(default)
Server = chatslave2.hyves.org
(Use a random number instead of 2, so for example:
chatslave3.hyves.org or chatslave14.hyves.org. Not higher than 15.)
