Do you know, there are peoples which must pay for there Internet Access?
I live in a region where I have NO POT hence no ADSL, no SDSL, no xDSL
and no Cable Modem. The only posibility id GSM/GPRS since for UMTS the
distance is to long... I have 500 MByte traffic for 35 Euro/month.
Each MByte more cost 1.60 Euro.
Downloading tonns of useless messages whitout and context is wast of
money and resources.
