When you add/manage your MSN account, in the Basic tab, is the "screen
name" has to be your full email address (with "@hotmail.com")
In the Advanced Tab, what is the server name, and what port are you
connecting to?
Also, are you behind a firewall that requires you to use a proxy to
connect to MSN?
