Band B proposed the following answer:
i believe it comes build with pidgin if you're using Linux. If you're using
Windows you should look at the windows-specific plugin (can't remember its
name, but it's installed automaticly).
You'll find one of the two in Tools >> Plugins (or by pressing ctrl-u)
