Hi, I'm running Pidgin-2.5.4 on Windows Vista Business, and noticed that the muting is / has recently got broken. I have `Tools->Mute Sounds` ticked, yet I still get sounds from Pidgin, at least on connect/disconnect.
This is not cool. Temporary workaround is to kill Pidgin's sound output through the Windows per-app volume controls, but I'd rather your app would just shut up when asked to.
