Does anyone know if "[email protected]" is a valid login ID?  Or is
it safe to always strip "@yahoo.com"?

I think we might unconditionally strip @yahoo.com from yahoo names and
I can't recall anyone complaining about not being able to log in.  I
should double-check though.
