You need to install Kerberos for Windows 3.2.2, then it works without any 
further configuration.
Download Windows Installer MSI or EXE from http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/
 
BTW, did you find another XMPP-Client for Windows supporting Kerberos-SSO?
So far, I only discovered Spark and Pidgin.
